    Pure Street living.

After shooting the greatly anticipated living. dance video on an overcast Sunday morning in late August, a creative urge overcame Keith he decided that he was going to shoot a mini photo session with Mario and Haley… or in the dance industry Ebony and Ivory.

Armed with a Canon 5D, Keith positioned the two dancers on a painted brick wall with barred windows. The colourful alleyway transformed into a gothic and bleak setting. Haley's fair skin and Mario's dark complexion worked really well with the brick wall.

By getting up close to Haley and Mario, Keith was able to utilize the architecture and shear ruggedness of the building to his advantage. The sweeping angles also leant each photo a stretched and canted feeling.

There is something distinguishable about photographing dancers because of their understanding of how a human body moves. Thus, Mario and Haley were able to create some interesting shapes for Keith's frames. There is also a very dark and mysterious air to each photo, which was a combination of the way the dancers were positioning their bodies in relation to the building and the angles at which Keith was shooting from.

Overall, the collaboration between living. and Silverpoint Media Inc. was a huge success and we look forward to releasing the final dance video next week. So stay tuned for some more "Pure Street living."

Both Keith and I would like to thank Mario and Haley for coming to us at Silverpoint
